Over the years, Fernando has supported high-end residential work across Los Angeles through leadership roles spanning project management and operations. He spent multiple years with Gordon Gibson Construction helping strengthen internal systems, team coordination, and overall execution across complex builds. He also managed Barton Construction, gaining hands-on experience with foundations and framing that sharpened his structural understanding in the field. With additional experience at one of Los Angeles’ leading owner’s representative firms, Fernando brings a rare combination of financial discipline, technical construction knowledge, and real-world leadership—making him a trusted partner for clients who value clarity, accountability, and high-quality results.
Leslie has been immersed in construction and project management from early in her career, gaining valuable experience at Gordon Gibson Construction where she developed strong management habits and a sharp understanding of how successful projects are run. With exposure to a wide range of project types and sizes, she became known for her ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and support teams through every phase of a build.
As her career progressed, Leslie expanded into large-scale commercial construction by joining a major project management firm and taking on high-profile work in Los Angeles. She was entrusted with helping manage the Union Station project, where she gained deeper experience working with complex schedules, multiple stakeholders, and demanding project requirements. Today, Leslie brings a strong mix of professionalism, adaptability, and real-world experience—making her a valuable part of our team and a reliable partner on your project.
David began with our team as an intern and quickly proved himself through his strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Over time, he has grown into a key part of the team—supporting projects of various sizes and consistently contributing to the day-to-day goals that keep everything moving forward.
