Private Santa Monica Residence

This project consists of a full remodel of an approximately 4,500 square foot single-family residence. The scope includes updating and reconfiguring interior spaces to improve overall layout, function, and flow, while modernizing the home’s finishes, fixtures, and building systems.

Work will include selective demolition, new framing as required, and installation of updated doors, windows, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, tile, and interior/exterior finishes. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be evaluated and upgraded as needed to meet current performance requirements and applicable code. The project will also incorporate coordinated design improvements such as updated lighting plans, millwork details, and improved storage solutions.

The overall goal is to deliver a refreshed, cohesive home that feels intentional and timeless—enhancing everyday livability, comfort, and long-term value while maintaining the character of the existing residence.
